Man def sounds like a rough time I'm glad I don't work there anymore ..they used torque sticks when I was there which on not a fan of I hand torqued every car when I was done with them..the 3 guys that were left when I got done all had Ingersoll rand titanium guns that were good for 1000ft.lbs.

I want to light it on fire. Going in tomorrow to talk to Preston. Nissan had sent me a survey about my last service experience, and I was brutally honest. I guess he got that first thing today. But seriously, there's no excuse for not starting a fastener by hand, and there is no way the guy didn't know he'd stripped it. It's the fact that he shipped it anyway without saying anything or fixing it that's got me ticked off.
