I was super upset when I looked and there wasn't a domestic sub forum <\3On that topic, just waiting on my tv cable and shift linkage to arrive. My drive shaft should be all cut and balanced by the weekend. With any luck (hard to come by on this project so far) she (who still needs a name) will be moving on her own power this weekend.

 
Well since I've moved into the full time admin role I've discussed that with carter. It's still his club but at least I can give my two cents!

 
You guys have no idea how excited I am to get my dads car. Im going out driving again tonight. Tonights lesson... backing up haha since I realized I've only backed up once in a stick haha. Plus I'm going to have to start practicing hill stops and stuff. At least I can take off smoothly now

Get er spinning about 4500 on the tach in 1st and just move your left foot sideways and floor it at the same time, it's like poor mans launch control! Lol

No I think I we have an idea of how excited you are. 

 
Clutches are for people who like cruise control and hill hold (gr problems). Get a nice pucked clutch or as I like to call it an "on/off switch", bring it to 3.5k and dump it ;-)

 
Wrb96, you should kill three birds with one tank of gas, drive your new (dads old) car to Dresden, one bird down(more seat time), go get the tag and move it bird two and three ( tag moved and pics posted)

that's very true haha. I also have my dad come with me because he gives me pointers and stuff and I dont think he would want to drive to dresden.
