ahhh yeah that might do it lol hope the stud fell out and didnt break off

either has ups or downs really

helicoil you can keep the original stud size which goves a lil wiggle room on the headers since nothing ever fits perfect the lil movement is useful at times

drill and tap for larger stud well you have to drill the head not hit oil or coolant galleys, make sure its tapped straight then drill the header manifold to also accept the larger stud preferably a touch larger to give that wiggle room back ,providing the header has the clearance for the larger planned stud and nut

all things im sure you've thought of but just pointing it out incase anyone reads this thinking there isn't much to it lol

Yeah it fell out lol, the threads are stripped. Deciding on tap and drill vs helicoil, either way lol. I couldn't care less if i have one stud bigger.
I helicoiled one on my car, seems to bee lasting. Were the pipes broken off the flange?

The only thing wrong with it is that one stud being stripped, which apparently the 4 people who looked at my car missed? lol I need motor mounts too, which of course wasn't helping the stud stay in anyways with all of the vibration. Someone put a stud in there, that wasn't oem....and covered it in silicone in attempt to "mend" the stripped threads....which i wish i would've known lol

This is a long shot, but does anyone know how/where I could get a grill for my car? I'd take a stock one and just hack it up to make a mesh one, I just don't want to pay an arm and a leg for the subaru one.

Did anyone else get hail least night? For a couple minutes there was golf ball sized hail coming down. left 2 massive dents in my hood
