Oh ya. Salesman was great. Still talk to him. They forgot to send me the sales tax that I rolled up into my loan. So I tried getting it taken care of. They kept giving me the run around. They did finally send me the check(which confirms they knew they screwed up). I tried to get them to pay the interest that built up but would not. Finally called SOA. Lady called Manchester and they told her I was lying and just trying to get money out of them that they would never had re sent a sales tax check and that they didn't send me one recently. The managers over there suck and it was a huge ordeal. Don't think I would go back. Sucks because I'd really like to give Gary my business next time I'm looking for a car. Decided not to do a review because did not feel like listening to everyone pissing and moaning about negative feed back. On this forum and NES. I'm over it and don't care anymore. At least SOA took care of us. End of story lol
