Trying to get a bunch of people from mostly maine, together for a cruise through the white mountains and the kancamagus highway, once we figure out how many people can go we'll decide a date. Will most likely be on a sunday because it seems to be the easiest day for people.

Well the "Group Drives" and the dirt drives are organized by two separate people/groups. There very well may be both, or just one and the other will move the date forward to spread out the fun.

 
Idk if I'll be able to make it on a sunday... I HAVE to work sunday since this kid I work with HAS to go to church and needs the whole day to go to a hour long thing. Hes just a butt head if you ask me. But I can see what I can do

I think we're trying to aim for the 26th of this month. Only thing is I've never done a group drive so i'm not familiar with the whole planning, I assume most of you guys have been and know where good places to stop and stuff are.

 
only thing with doing it in the summer, still lots of tourists, busy roads. We tend to do it in october during peak foliage, so it would be more than just a drive.

 
Guys, if your going to play a drive, try to make it like a month down the road. This way is gives people to look at the thread and make plans around it. a weeks notice is kinda short!

 
Just did the White Mountains this weekend. Up Kancamagus to St. Johnsbury, back down through 302 and 25. Wish I'd seen this thread I probably would've waited.

 
so a bunch of people including myself are going this sunday, people from maine are meeting up in the cornish area, and people from nasioc will be meeting up in conway. may be doing the washington auto road as well. pm if you plan on coming.
