Looking for some help...

I hate to bump this thread like this, but I've essentially given up hope on these.

I gave up trying to contact the guy months ago, and I've officially lost the postage receipt which leaves me with no proof that I even sent the lights to the guy and gives me no legal grounds for action by anybody.

I'm just throwing in the towel and officially waving goodbye to my former taillights...

Thanks to everybody who provided suggestions and offered to retreive the lights for me, especially to the guys who found out all of the background info on the guy for me. I just don't feel like wasting anymore time on this and moving on with life. It's not like I was losing sleep over them.

 
Bummer. Sorry that happened to you. I'm sure that there are still some people who would be willing to go knock on his door for you, if you still wanted.

 
Sucks to hear about this happening to people, its people like this that are the reason i almost always do a face to face transaction even it it meant me driving 5hrs one time

if anything else come sup let us know, i swear most of us mainahs are down right honest people

I've given up hope on ever seeing the lights again, but would love to punch the guy square in the face if I ever happened to run across him.

 
maybe this guys house should be one of the destinations on the next group drive? eh?
