JK Phil, my family moved to way up north back in 91 and I worked in N.Y. because of the MONEY!
Then one fine day our parent company out of Chicago said they were going to close us down and move all the equipement to Chicago and wanted me to relocate. NOT HAPPENING. We had a small competitor in Sanford that was growing and I went to work for them for about a year. Big difference in pay, etc but I was only 225 miles from my family instead of 550. I took real estate classes and got my licience and that`s what I have been doing for the last 13 years.
