kimbo was a joke ever since he stepped into the ring. beating up an old out of shape tank abbot will be the highlight of his mma career. remember what the last figther did to him? and that guy was a UFC reject!!

yep.... the guy who tuned him up was managing a frogurt stand or something the week before. Ironically enough the fight was probbly far more entertaining as it was than with the original scheduled opponent...Shamrock.

 
I heard Dana White on the jason ellis show the other night. He said they just finished filming the newest season of ultimate fighter and Kimbo was on the show. No details of course, but I would say a kimbo lesner fight may be down the road.

I usually agree with you Adam on most things, but how can you say lesner didn't deserve a title shot so soon. He has destroyed everyone he has fought against. Frank Mir won their first match when Lesner left a leg out for him, but before that he was pounding the **** out of him. He crushed Hearing who is no slouch and what about Couture? If he can beat all of these top fighters he surely belongs. A little attitude will make things interesting. He does need to show more respect to other fighters after his fights. The hard line martial arts guys won't put up with disrespect like that for very long.

I just feel that 3 or 4 fights does not get you a title shot, look how long some others have waited and he was put to the front.

bottom lien though the sport is about makign money and if you have a high draw fighter like lesnar you knwo giving him a title shot will sell a lot of ppv
