ok.. well we are moving out of our condo... it has a mold problem.. this sucks! we can't find anything in the sub $1100 range that is half way decent.. (well south of OOB or so)

hell I would even commute from OOB to NH if we could find a place with a garage again....

This sucks!!

I'd think he'd be more likely to take my g/f's underwear! 8) Let me ask the g/f about how serious she is about renting. We've toyed with the idea of it since we can write off a portion of our utilities and home improvements because of it.

 
1100 dollars a month Pedro, holy raisin. That is more than my house payment with insurance and taxes! Good god man. Just move north with the rest of us hicks.

$972.00 a month mortgage, insurance, taxes! ;D Sorry Pedro. But i also live 45 minutes from Portland in the middle of nowhere. I really hope you guys find a descent place to live.

Well since we're sharing... $1760.50 a month for mortgage, insurance, tax escrow, and PMI. And this was the cheapest house we looked at that wasn't a money pit. I dont know what the F the rest of you are doing, but damn I want some! I'm 7 Miles from the portland line in Windham, and 13 miles from my old apartment in the Old Port.
