i have to go before a magistrate and tell him my side of the story, then he will decide whats next

anybody know if i can add a date stamp to pictures? i have a bunch on my computer, if i check under "properties" i can see the date the picture was taken

i need that somehow attached to the picture, for evidence.

 
don't mess with the pictures.

if you took them with a normal digi cam there will be exif data in the file itself. make a copy onto a flash drive that you can give them. Have them check the data. hell when you hit the deer there wasn't even any snow on the ground yet. You will need the original file. If you brought them through photoshop or something it will change or delete the data.

don't modify the pictures at all.

 
Your in mass for auto schooling? Sound like another uti student that the cops are trying to bag, i was in mass for a year going to uti and the cops around the school and surrounding towns of norwood were a-holes, they didnt bother me due to my car was so old it couldn't do anything illegal except go too slow down 93 (1981 oldsmobile omega)

Good luck with that case though, i would hate to know a fellow ms member just got the poop handed too them and that uncle sams cousin made you bend over and refused to use lube (possibly a little much for this scenario)

 
Umm.... Is everyone forgetting that he hit the damn deer on the turnpike rendering the car undriveable, to which the POLICE had to come and make a report on the night it happened. Get a copy of the police report or have them look it up. Then present that information along with corresponding photographs of the car at the accident scene that we all saw on this site. If the Judge still doesn't believe the truth over this lazy policeman and incompetent nincompoop blaming the first vehicle with damage they see, then I don't have any Idea what to tell you.

I looked quickly for the thread, and didn't get back to it. If there is a police report about a deer hit, present that.

 
yes by the time of my hearing i will have at least half a dozen pictures, as well as a hard copy of that report.

and yes, i am here attending UTI. the area cops are assholes, but not as bad as the area PEOPLE. literally. everyone walks around like their king sht just because they live in some yuppidy upclass Massachusetts suburb. its disgusting.

i came home for the long weekend (MLK day) literally happy and appreciative for every single second im within the boundaries of this great state. dreading going back there...

I had aalll of my evidence put together. bunch of pictures all dated, spent 30 bucks and countless hours to get all my police reports in order

then the clerk basically said "well. weather your vehicle was involved in the collision or not. theres no way to prove that YOU personally were driving when the accident happened"
