NASIOC Down?

I can see and respect why some folks are into a nice waxed up show car, even though its not my thing nor Dan's. I've all about putting things on my car that make sense based on how I use my car (expect the wheels, I'll admit that was for looks only but it was a crazy deal...so, ya know). Its the attitude of the members that is so annoying.....What I have is best because I have it . I can't stand it!

Yeah, the pee pee waving is the worst. Don't get me wrong, I have mad respect for people who take good care of their ride. Ryan's car is GORGEOUS and I wish I could keep my car that nice looking, KrazyKarpenter's 2.5 is mint (btw if he reads this, I need to borrow his vacuum to get out like 10 pounds of dirt out of the interior of my car). But the nasioc how low can you go threads nearly give me aneurysms. I try not to hate on the show car guys too much, hopefully they give 'er a run through the gears on a lonely road on a crisp night.

 
Just like everything else, the lowest common denominators stand out. Especially on the internet, losers who can't get anyone to listen to them go e-thug in a place where nobody can shut them up.

NASIOC Info = usually good

NASIOC Opinions = usually worthless, though funny.

 
Didn't wanna say it. But this. Slamming your car and throwing on deep dish rims is retarded; then again, I'm not into show cars, I'm into function over form. If I wanted to build a retarded car for looks I'd have bought a VW.

You're no better! I'm not really a fan either, but that doesn't make them retarded. When done right I can respect a show car, however I can't stand just throwing on as much bling bling as you can find. Different strokes for different folks.

I agree though that info+classifieds on NASIOC are really all it's good for ... and sometimes reading OT
