The lights are brighter then my high beams, I never drive with them on unless I'm by myself. If I can find some cheap fogs I'll do the swap.

What you have are Hella 500 Driving lights.
If you go to VIP/autoZone you should be able to find a set of Hella 500 fog lights. then just swap the lenses (the phillips screw at the bottom of the lens). and then you will have real fog lights.
And then either resell the brand new housings and used lenses, or mount them up high and wire them in to be only on when your high beams are on.
