RLLYKAT and RALYKAT are available. RLY-KAT comes across as "Really Kat?" which I don't think is what you meant.

You could always try BADMNKY and see if they let it through this time.

I work at a vet and have a plate with KATS RS, how many time you suppose that gets miss read for kats r us because of where I work?

 
"lucifer" was the name my old bugeye wag earned after it hit mailboxes and blew up motors and ate clutches and had other assorted important sheet fall off of it

they would have pulled lucifer eventually, just like they pulled badmnky from a friend a few years back.

 
It's really random what the RMV/DMVs will and won't allow. Going into Karate last Wednesday, there was a Sienna minivan out from with the license plate "BOINK". Go figure.
