i got a new cheapo wide angle apapter to play around with, and a bunch of ND filters to slow down shutter speeds.

awesome evan. I just got one of those as well.

I have found that the focus is not sharp at distances. but I haven't had a chance to play with it much yet.

the wide angle adapter pedro? yeah, so is the way of the cheap optic. abberations and edge softness abound. they're best used as wide as possible and they'll magnify any imperfection in your own lens. find the sharpest aperture of whatever you're using and use it there. its f/8 on my 18-50. i'd like to borrow an 18-55 kit lens that actually has a 52mm thread so i dont have to use the giant step up ring to my 67mm. it may actually work better.

I am looking at the images now and they are focused. I think it was a problem looking at them on camera rather than on the computer.
