Painted lids and grille

You don't see too many Legacys done up. Nice look Scott. The black up idea on the bumper cover would be cool too.

 
heat gun works even on plastic covers on bumpers.

185 for paint must have been the real thing..and you'll know after one season if you have the real thing.

..and take a heat gun to the bits you painted, can do it anytime within first years of it..about 140F, 20 minutes or so...another world of real paint. it's a long lasting surprise.

It's the real thing. I had them done at the Frank Galos Dealer body shop. The salesman that sold me the car referred them to me cause they do all the painting for the "other" Subaru Dearler in Saco where I bought the car. The manager Tony was very helpful and really hooked me up. I don't think I have to worry about having any issues with the paint, but we'll see. Looking at it even up close, it looks like it was painted at the same time as the rest of it and is the same quality if you had to replace one of our plastic bumpers.
