If you make the index.php file just that code I posted above it will automatically re-direct to the forums page. Maybe it isn't very pretty, but whatever. It gets the job done. I use it on my mail server to re-direct my webmail page to an https link, kinda ugly way of doing it, but it is effective.

Another interesting glitch is that http://www.mainelysubaru.com/forums brings up a page that says I don't have permission. I have to go to http://www.mainelysubarus.com/forums/forum.php. Not a big deal, just that I had all my bookmarks set to the former on all my machines and PDA...

Now I can't find it... It was a section called Foods off of the home page, separate from the forums. It had a subsection called Dessert and a single article posted by Carter. It wasn't english though.

That sounds like a DNS lookup issue. Just wait for your work's ISP to update their DNS info.

Right, it is a dns issue. But it's ways been that way. For whatever reason, the DoD ens servers don't have this site listed. I used to be able to get to the home page but now I can't even do that. Before it was an issue with the way the site re directed, but latley I can't even access mainelysubaurs.com at all.

Well for me it was.

I had that too when I went to the MS website this is what I got:
