Rough idle

P0102 code. Mass Air Flow Circuit Input Low. I'm gunna try to do a better job cleaning my maf sensor, and if that doesn't work, I may have to buy a new one.

So, I did a few logs and came up with the following. They are all at idle (which is about 2000 RPM now.) They all stay the same, so I'll only post single data lines.

log 1:

Throttle Angle: 0, Mass Airflow (grams/sec): 1.16, Mass Airflow Sensor Voltage: 0.02

Log 2:

IAM*: 12(Raw Ecu Value, Idle Speed Control Valve Duty Ratio: 35.00%, Idle Speed Target Map Selection*: 2(Raw Ecu Value, Ignition Base Timing: 11.99%, Ignition Total Timing: 11.50%, and Throttle Angle: 0%

Log 3:

Throttle Angle: 0%, Tumble Valve Position Sensor Right: 0.32 v, Tumble Valve Sensor Position Left, 0.34 v

Hope it's easy enough to read. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Fixed, Fixed, Fixed!!!!! Cleaned the IACV for the 5th time, finally using PB Blaster and lubed the roller with bike chain lube. Carb cleaner, electrical parts cleaner, gasoline, and alcohol did nothing, but as soon as a used PB the roler freed right up. Funny thing about it though, this problem started about 7 months ago when I stopped driving the car, and I just got an idle system CEL like 3 days ago. Just goes to show that computers don't always know everything.
