Something doesn't look/sound right here....

somewhat more shaft play than before. but the one i just put in definitely spins a lot better than the one that heated up.

 
so finally got everything all back together, had to wait for an upper radiator tank to come in since when everything was being put back together a fitting broke off.. also finally got an O2 sensor for my downpipe which makes a big difference. Doesn't idle weird anymore. This turbo sounds a lot better than the other one even before it heated up, and seems to spool a lot better as well. now just to fix my obd2 port....
