The 3rd and 5th gear syncros are junk. The current owner is going to rebuild it, but wants some compensation, which is very understandable. So now I go after the seller.

I did, but it's been longer then 45 days. It took 44 days just to get the thing here! I have a feeling he did that on purpose..

Hey man, just send an e-mail to paypal explaining the whole situation and they probably will still open the case on him. Ive had to do this with 2 transactions I did and they re-opened the case.
