Struts: Stock vs. GR-2 vs. AGX

if you want a fun street car with a little AX on the side = GR-2s

if you want to focus more on the competitive side = AGXes

As far as the life of the AGXs, mine have lasted 3 seasons of Autox on Prodive Springs with 2 drivers per event and they're headed to their 4th season. But the car has seen light DD in the past couple years and we swap to stock struts/spring for the winter. I also adjust the settings on the AGXs before and after events to try to keep them working.

I've autoxed GCs with AGXs and GR-2s both on prodrives; the AGXs were way better!

But for stock replacement GR-2s are great and cheap.

Soooo after reading all this I went over to Legacy GT.com and did a little research, here's what i found for 05+ Legacys:

1. GR2s are stock replacements for the legacy, no difference between them and OEM (non spec B of course those have bilstiens)

2. They dont make AGX'es for LGTs, however they do make Konis for a few bucks more

3. If you want to lower the car more than 1.2-2" you have to get coilovers
