WCYY has gone to **** ever since Face Melter moved to Alaska and gave up his position at the station.

He was an old friend and i enjoyed supporting his station.

after he left it went from alternative, grunge and metal to boy band pop metal.

hope the station dies out and something better is reborn in Portland.

I use to listen to WCYY over WTOS but then Clear Channel took 93.9 off the air. After that I tried Sirius but could not find anything that I liked so I let it expire. Now I listen to MP3 cds and WTOS. And BTW WTOS just brought a new frequency online to extend range past freeport. The new frequency for you southern listners is 96.7FM. Same old TOS though!

I used to listen to TOS when it was 107.5 and BLM was 107.9. When TOS went to 105.1 I could get them in Vermont and everywhere else now I mostly listen to cd's.

 
+1 on Siruis. I only listen to regular crap when I am with the gf in her car. Last summer I was wondering if I should stop getting Siruis because I didn't listen to it much anymore. After taking a hour drive with the gf and 40 min of it was commercials, I said FU again to regular crap.

yup but i will be running in my house and turning on discovery hd to watch wrc when i get back!!
