the state already had a similar law in effect for sommercial vehicles. says you an only idle like 5 minutes at a time above 32 degrees and 15 minutes an hour below 32 or some crap. how's a guy supposed to stay warm in the sleeper of his truck without the engine running? or keep it warm so it'll function when he needs to drive it? i knew of a guy who never shut his rig off below 20 degrees
