What work would you do?

I could do that if I had the time and money. All I have is a clean record, experience, and an associate's...which is all that is needed for community college adjudent instructor. :confused2:

I be doin' it.

started working for a veterinarian when the attorney I worked for retired.

I prefer animals to people!

Seriously.

So why does my dog's anal glands get infected? She is a 4 year old Labmix, short hair. Is there something I can feed her, or just bring her straight to the vet?

infected or do they just need to be expressed?
my dog gets this from time to time...they need to be squeeeeeezed.....I let my g/f do it....or the groomer takes care of it sometimes....

What would I do for work? I'm officially DOING it as of yesterday. No longer working in the President's Office at USM, but started yesterday as an advisor/student affairs guy in USM's School of Business.

Any STMers want a car junkie for an advisor, let me know!

My dream job would be my brothers job. He works for Vermont Sportscar as a marketing manager and he now works as a tech on Dave Mirras rally car! :headbang: But if that wont work out I would love to be a fly fishing guide throughout New England. :occasion14:

My brother is a Maine Guide. Not much business these days. Come duck and fishin season he does a trip or two every weekend.

i would love to buy a campground that has now been shut down to the public for some time now up in Newry it was called Lone Pine campground on rt.26 it is write on the bear river and is great. it is one mile in off rt.26 and has some of maines best mountin views. the owner shut it down when some a-holes came in for a weekend and did some real damage to the bathrooms and the sites. but i would like to start it back up and live there year round and have it open to all. that is year round campers like me that write i go summer, spring, fall, and winter camping. and i would work on cars for fun not to make money

My dream job is to be a pastry chef or baker. I have thought about getting into for many years, but living in Central Maine there is not a big demad for this field. Also, I would have to take a huge pay cut to start out in anything in the culinary arts. I really wish I would have gone to school for Pastry/Baking when I was younger, because by now I may be making decent money at it. I think I missed my chance to do that as a career. :sad5:

My second choice is something in the medical field. X-Ray Techinician or Nursing probably will be what I go back to school for if I do something different. The pay is decent and there is demand for it.

Finally something that would make it worth going to USM. For my dream job it wold be a fish biologist or close to that as long as it has to do with fish. lol Plan B work for NNOA on a research boat.

I am a professional tall ship sailor. Pay sucks, but its a great way to travel and be working outside all the time. Makes it hard to have a life on shore though....
