I know where your at. It usally takes a kick in the pants (Hurricane coming) to get motivated to do the work required in keeping up a home. I figure I have 4 hours of work to do on Sat., that`s on paper and will probably take me 8 .

yeah I am not worried about the wind nearly as much as the rain.

I put new garage doors on this year, but I don't' have the seals on them, and the splashback gets behind the doors. so it is definitely on the list of things to do.
