Leaving here at 7:30 will still make our arrival time somewhere between 10/10:30. This being a new venue, none of us can even guess how traffic will be and how they will handle parking. They did a better job on the mtn. last year. My thoughts are we should try to arrive there a little bit ahead of the gate opening time.

Thoughts?

Nice that you can join us now!

But I completely agree with getting there a bit early. It makes everything a little easier. Parking will be better, not to mention you'll get chance to get you cars in some of the parking lot pictures too. Its nice to be able to check out the layout and where all the vendors are located before everyone starts to pile in. I completely understand how some people don't want to get up earlier than they have to (I'm deff not a morning person) but really what is another hour less of sleep gonna do?

 
I got a buddys place to stay at in saco friday night so I don't have to haul from bangor at 5AM. are we moving the 7:30 departure from kennebunk earlier? sounds like people might be hinting at that

 
No, I think that would be stupid. 730 is early enough. If we move it I will not be leaving any earlier.....

It's really not that bad. I'm not sure where everyone is getting this "wbm is full of giant dicks" thing. It's a huge show, of only Subarus. If you like Subarus, then you should go. Plain. and. Simple.

It's 3 hrs from Kennebunk, and usually we do tend to exceed the speed limit *alittle*. I bet we'll make it there earlier then 10. I don't really want to get there that much earlier then that.

 
anyone can leave at any time theyd like, drive as fast or as slow as youd like, arrive at any time theyd like....be there at 715-730 if youd like to follow a few of us down...

I booked a room at the holiday inn in vernon for sat night, but I just found out about the pre party and I really want to go! I am a big ECS fan!

So I'm going to try and switch the room for friday night or find a different hotel.

 
Does anyone here think I should enter my WRX into the show? It is open to all not like previous years. I know the car is not that unique but it would be cool to go up against the big boys.
