'04 Forester XT!!

Got the Infinity Basslink all wired now. Now it has some nice bump to it, and no more spare tire(it wouldn't fit anyway w/the bigger brakes). So Actually have a little bit of weight reduction in the rear lol.

Also for got to mention it, but as you can see in one of the pictures above, I have my Importology front lip installed(unpainted)
Just ordered one of these for my car

I agree, supposed to have premium sound with my car. there is nothing stock now except for the wiring.... kenwood h/u rockford door speakers, tweeters, amp and sub.

Waaayyyy better than when I bought it.

Nice Garrett, I think you will be happy. I was surprised at what just a head unit did to the sound quality of my factory speakers, but they still had no bump, but the Basslink fixed that!!

So this has a decent amount of bump? Awesome, there is no bass in Subarus. When you plugged in the sub, was it RCA style plugs? I'm trying to find what kind of headunit I need.

Yes, RCA style plugs. It's basically the same as hooking up any other amp/sub. power wire from the battery, ground, signal wire from head unit, and RCA cables from head unit. And yes, definitely has some bump!!

So I tried to install the STi ebrake lever with no success. It mounts close to the passenger seat, whereas the stock FXT one mounts close to the drivers seat, so the trim won't allow it to work. So I may try to make it work another way, or who knows. Other than that, just waiting for the good work from Mikey to say come on down to install the tranny!!

hopefully soon....

So, still waiting on an install date, but I really have to try to get a few other things on as well. I still have...........

rear sway bar bushings

STi oil pan

rear SS brake lines

Group N motor mounts

that need to go in.

And once the 6 speed is installed, I will be needing a DCCD controller which will then need to be installed.

I really wish I had an attached garage!! Lol

haha you're geekin'!! I can't believe you went inside to update this... and you didn't even add your red lug nuts to your mods! bwah ha ha!!

I didn't come inside just for this!! But whatever. As said, I put my red lug nuts on as well, and replaced a plate light woo hoo!! God I'm bored

I can't believe you whatever'd me in here!! bwah ha ha! I was kidding! Good job on modifying yourself to be less stealthy now (new plate light)

So I will be driving down to Mikeys tomorrow to drop it off. And will be picking it back up on Saturday with the tranny installed!! I can't wait!!! Gonna be weird not having my car all week!! Then I really have to get the motor mounts and oil pan changed out!!! Hoping I can manage that in the driveway. And I also have to put the SS rear brake lines on, which I'll need someone to help me bleed the brakes when I do that.

I can def give you a hand bleeding brakes!

And if you need a ride back, or whatever, I can help there too. Can't do this sat though, frisbee tourney!

Awesome!! Well I do have a ride back now, but thank you for the offer!!! But I will definitely take you up on the brake bleeding. Those lines have been sitting here for a couple months now anyway!! Might as well put them to good use!
