I'm taking a trip down to Mikes soon, and we'll find out then! I hope their good!Awesome!! that's great to hear. So were those heads any good that you got from Chris??
Just waiting to hear back from Mike for when I can head down.Heads?
lets do it! might have to pick a non flat color
You want to repaint your obs?I'd seriously be up for joining you guys to do my wagon as well. I'd probably be easy to do a two-tone OBS style as well.
Ayuh. Its all swirly and the front of the hood is all rock-chipped up, plus my front bumper doesn't quite match. You want to repaint your obs?
I love white, I just don't want to wash whiteI would be ok with you painting it white, it looks damn good. I am interested in the 50 dollar paint job too, cheap mods ftw!
For 50 bucks you can't beat it. Dark grey would be sweet.wow that seems interesting, even 3 years later it was glossy and stood up well! may have to try this durring the summer with a dark grey
Not trying to discourage you, but, that's whole lot of sanding you got to do. A whole lot. Only reason I'm repainting my car is because of the rust, and the new body panels I have to put on. I'd like to be all one color.Ayuh. Its all swirly and the front of the hood is all rock-chipped up, plus my front bumper doesn't quite match.
I know. I'm just tired of looking at these chips. If I didn't do it the same color, I'd do a dark gray with blue, kind of midnight blue pearl but lighter.@Nate
I really doubt you'll have the time and motivation to do it and do it right. To do ten coats, it'll take at least five days. And to really pull off the 50 dollar roller job, it takes a lot of time and work.
