Yay boooost! Car shifts perfectly, pulls pretty good, and the bov sounds awesome!!! The exhaust is really quiet, but sounds sooo good. I love it. Already "raced" someone in Lewiston

What did he use for a muffler? was it just the N1 style cut up? i need something quite...

Or is it only quieter because its an axle back?

 
The exhaust started its life as a ebay 3in turbo back with no cats and a fart can. Mike took the fart can, chopped off the tip, and welded 3in piping from the can down to the tip. It sounds really good. It very quiet(for a turbo car with a 3in exhaust) when your just cruising around, and comes alive pretty well when you get on it. I love it.

 
Yeah it's all ebay. Speaking of ebay, got this note about my short shifter:

Dear customer,

Hi, thank you so much for your business. However, we are so sorry about after

we received your payment, we immediately processed your order but when our

warehouse guy was packing your order, he found that the item is cracked even

though that it is brand new in the box. Therefore we told him not to send

that to you. Unfortunately all the item in stock are having the same problem.

Therefore, we have to re-order it from the manufacturer, and it might takes

1-2 month to delivered. We have to apologize about this matter but we don't

think we should send you a chipped product... so sorry for any inconvenience.

Looks like its going to be some time before I get my short shifter. Sigh.

I did get new seats from Spartan however! Can't wait to install those. What else... New tires, alignment(thanks Evergreen!), lots of parts from Bratman, Walmart got my car stuck on the lift

I can't seem to get multi quote to work so

Ya they look really good Mike, they are going to go well with the interior. I just need a new steering wheel now, the Legacy one is too old. I'm thinking just a wrx momo one, they can be had for pretty cheap.

I'm glad I picked them up Nate, now I just need to have them installed. The bases aren't for Subarus, so one of these days Ill be back down at Mikes so he can fab something up.

It is! The barn is in the first picture of my car. I'm trying to convince my dad to get a car lift...

 
uggggh. i've been poking around at houses for a few months and a barn would be killer. room for two cars and some work spaces, and also for a lift.

 
^ don't forget that if you have a lift, you could also leave a car in/on it as a third parking space, as long as the lift isn't being used that is.
