on a semi-related note..... they have started releasing the 2010's already (maybe only in non us models). i have seen pics of a new 2010 wrx Limited a guy bought from Canada. yes that's right i said LIMITED. not too much has changed other then they now offer a leather interior that look quite nice. but for the most part... same car.
heres a couple shots of the car and the leather:
would have liked to see some other "limited" features. would have helped them add a few body parts available to the sedan crowd. maybe a nicer diffuser, lip spoiler for the trunk, different side skirts, spats to match the sti lip.

Hmmm...you mean waiting for somone to hit there head or sell a kidney to dump that kind of money into it???
I've never been "hit in the head"...
My STi is paid off, and in the spring, if all goes well, it'll push 500whp, until it blows up, which it will, as will yours, if you build a monster. The Joys of Tuning.
At that point, I'll have roughly two (2) new, stock '08 STi's invested, cash-wise.
(And a f'ing sweet car!)
Do I wish I had two, '08 STiS, instead of one, built '05?
Absolutely not.
I've learned SO much in past three years, it's been invaluable.
One of the things I can tell you is this-you haven't logged enough miles in your STi to be taken seriously.
I cut my teeth racing on Maine roads as a kid, & did more real, insane street racing in Tampa than I'd care to admit to, in my youth.
I found, over the years, that the people squawking about how hot & fast they were, most often ended up in ditches and wrapped around phone poles-oh, & talking to cops.
I don't talk about my driving, never did.
I prefer to let my driving do the talking for me.
Something you'd do well to remember.

what the hell is that all about? taken seriously? i was joking about hitting your head. hence the laughing face i never talked about how hot and fast i was. way to take a jab at me out of left feild for no dam reason. if you have an issue with me pm me please dont put it on the board. this is how **** gets started

BUT, if every time someone says something to you, you freak out and call foul, the stigma will never fade away.

im laying in my bed but im not gonna let people come piss on it while im in it. there is a differnce between saying sarcastic stuff and jokign around with somone and just talkign trash. im gonan be defensive when somoen is offensive with me. i said nothing wrong to him then he comes at me saying i cant be taken seriously and other comments. i read what he said and he was tryign to belittle me. so people can talk all the trash they want to me and its ok but god forbid i respond and i need to take a chill pill wtf??
