Paranoid might. I know Subtle Solutions makes 1" aluminum spacers, pricey though:

Thinking about making the spacers on CAD and having someone machine them, so I don't have to pay such a hefty price for them.

I guess Paranoid does, although they don't tell you they fit the 2012+ Impreza. I know the rears will fit for sure:

Yeah subtle is pricey. I'd think the fronts would be the same as any other subaru. I don't think they have changed the bolt pattern.

It might be worth it for me to just buy the 1/4" Paranoid ones and test them out. They are cheap anyways.
