Apkarian100's XV Crosstrek

I end up buying one of these:

On top of that, I also took it apart, modified the LED drivers to run the LEDs brighter, and I made the bar more waterproof. Ray Lewis had warned me these aren't the most waterproof units. Lastly, I coupled this bar with a heavy duty relay harness, to get power straight from the battery.

So these are <1/10 the price of the comparable size from TRS?

Very nice
Exactly, and I purchased this with the notion that the LEDs may not be the best quality. But for how much less I had to pay for this, I could rebuild this with quality components and still be cheaper than a TRS unit.

New stereo bought:

Pioneer AVH-X2600BT

Gloss black painted housings

This has come a long way, looks badass dude. My girl Danielle is saving up for an XV for her next daily driver. I too would like to see the light-output, from that bar behind the bumper.

Thanks man! I think this is the only one I have of the LED light bar output so far. The light bar is great! A nice, wide beam to light up the sides of the road.
