dodge neon, 4 hella 500's in the grill. that's the ony mod.

I coud see doing that if it was set up for rally, but it was totally stock

 
Since when is it rice to add hellas to a stock dodge, but not a stock subaru?

It's a functional mod... It's dark in Maine, they help see moose.

Saw this parked at a TSC (Tractor Supply Store) last night. It says "IMPORTED DREAMZ" on the read window and the license plate is "SOLGER". So much failure in one parking spot.
