Thanks everyone. Yeah Jay I was just being ridiculous lol...I change the oil too frequently, and drive it too infrequently to ever spin anything. Maybe this summer I'll have a better shot at destroying it. I can't handle boost, people piss me off and I drive far too aggressive to daily that car.

Thanks also to Gabe, Mikey, Neil and anyone who's helped out in anyway to bring this car up to where it's at now. That includes the previous owner, Joey and Matt Supers from RS25.

Definitely awesome. Your just on the stock tune? Hows it run?dl
It runs great, never had a problem. Original owner ran it for 2 years, swapped, no problems. He and I both religiously change the oil every 2500 miles or sooner, and I don't drive it that often. Whenever I start it I allow the oil to run completely through the system before I drive it, (spun rod bearings are the main cause of failures in this motor, and they can develop if you don't allow the motor to fully warm up before pushing boost through it.) I always allow time for it to cool down after driving as well. Since I've blown a motor in my old Audi, I am extra paranoid of forced induction motors, but so far, so good. I'll compression test it when I get it tuned, but in reality it shows no symptoms of bad things any time soon. And to quote some real truth, "if it breaks, build it back stronger".

Update:

Rear strut tower bar installed, I'll be tuning it for stage 2 either this fall or next spring. She's also getting fresh paint (I'm thinking Urban Grey) next spring after taxes. Re-badged with Subaru Technica International decals to complement the modern paint. Keeping the wheels, keeping the seats, although I toyed with the idea of going to a period correct setup with Prodrive wheels/seats.

I'll take some pics this weekend, sorry their isn't any in this post,

Rear (I censored this because of the family nature of this site, it's not the gangbang site that is RS25.com, if it's still too racy; in Larry The Cable Guys voice: "Lord I apologize..." ):

Engine bay (it's not MEYAGI build quality, but it's not the worst thing either.) Live and learn
