FREE $8,000 for real

Great News the Feds have extended the $8,000 cash credit . You 1st time home buyers need to be under contract no latter than April 30 2010 and close by June 30th. There is also something about if you have lived in your home for at least 5 years and are looking to buy up you may qualify also. When I get more info I`ll keep you folks posted. PM me if you have any questions.

No it pertains only to your current primary home. You never know if the Feds keep extending this for the next 5 years than you will qualify.

I hear you man. I am personaly not for any bail outs. The unemployment rate is 10.2% with all this bail out money. Taxes need to be cut for all individuals and small business. Power to the people not big government.

The 1st time home buyer program was an extension of an existing program. This new 5 year deal must of been added just prior to sending the bill out to vote. Nobody saw this coming. Once all the details become available I`ll let you know what the offical start date is for this program.

Last call : In order to get the $8,000 tax credit you have to be under contract no later than April 30th. I have heard that the Feds will not be extending this again.

Just got the rough draft of my purchase and sales agreement from my lawyer last night. Hopefully we can agree on a couple of changes and have the closing within the next couple of weeks.
