Direct support proffessionals. Mostly 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pretty flexible schedules...esp while going to school. Starting pay I believe is 9.00 now 9.50

I really feel I'm ready to move on from this job.  However, I've been here 10+ years now, and nobody will pay me what I make now to start somewhere else.  It sucks because I want a job closer to home... I travel way too far to sit on my ass all day.  It's a waste of time, money, resources, etc.  I'm just frustrated, daily.  And now, here you have it folks... news.... my wife and I are expecting twins in February, so I have to put my family first!  I'm afraid though that my company doesn't have a plan for the future, and things are going to happen regardless in the next couple years, so I'm trying to be proactive.
