Hmmmm not sure? I can check when I get home. Do you mean the wheel well side or the 3rd point on the bracket?

Are they small brackets with a screw hole? If so those are probably for the metal bracket that the lower inside point of the flap screws into. I'll take a pick when I get outta work.
