^^^^ Im with you. At this point we are still dealing with the newness of the forum. Im not able to check in on the forum either from the phone.

We now have to wait for someone to design a moblie "skin".

Are the images (banner, ads, buttons) usually still loaded on a mobile skin? Or are they all replaced with text?

 
Yah no images, no adds. Its basically a fast loading, stripped down list type forum skin. Makes viewing froma cell phone MUCH faster. But its carries some of the tools such as UserCP, and PM box.

 
Those are basically not images. Just a link. The number can be clicked on to move you to the next page.

 
But isn't there an image sitting behind it? Or is that just some funky HTML magic that makes it look like an image?

Send Carter a PM about it. He might take you up on the offer. He would be the one to fix the avatar issue too.

Also someone on vb.org is developing a mobile skin. Its still in the early stages.

Finally the forum is completely upgraded so you shouldnt have any problems at all.

 
everything has yellow borders around it now. and the quick-reply box is essed up.

it could be microB, a version of mozilla i run on my pda. i'll have to see when i get home to my computer.

i'm often on the forum from my pda though. i carry it everywhere with me.

 
I've had some trouble with some text being the same color as the background, so I have to highlight to read it. Never in posts, but I'm wondering if the background is supposed to have an image or another color (other than gray) that's not loading.

 
the snow is also driving me effing nuts. the 400mhz cpu on my pda doesn't like it at all.
