yeah, but you have to mix cardio in with weights or else you will be able to lift a ton, but only a couple times, and not really be in as good of shape as you think!!

I was doing 4 sets of 12 reps @ 520 on the sled. then I was doing the toe squats with 4 sets of 10 reps @ 100lbs. That was for building up the support around the knee for skiing. My legs were too weak last year, so I am bulking up before I do the frequency training starting in Oct.
