pacemakers suck

So I assume you might be getting one?? based on this and your post about MFR??

Correct. It would appear my ticker hasn't been ticking properly for the past couple days, and doctors cant find why. So, looks like I'll be getting an early birthday present next week. Even if I stay normal (which I am right now), I'm still headed for some considerable downtime, meaning no definitely no rally, and probably no M&M either.

I'd offer you mine, but my thumper doesn't work quite right either. Misfires a bit. First found out in college when I failed my physical to run track.

I found out yesterday when I started blacking out for no reason, and my heart apprently slowed to a crawl when I did. They put in a temp pacer which has done the job with the 2 episodes I had this morning, and I've been fine since. Problem is, they can't find what's causing it. Every test they have run comes back as a perfectly healthy almost 30yr old male. So both they and I are hoping its some weird virus or something they just haven't picked up yet. So come Monday morning, I'm either going home for a long vacation and some observation, or going south for the pacer if I continue to have problems.
