The OBS bumper goes back on. Maybe I'll have better luck some other day.

I could fab some sturdy mounts, the bottom of the bottom rail is right there. Brilliant!

Is there such a thing as flexible bondo? The OBS bumper cover has a lot of deep gouges I'd like to fill and repaint.

 
or, you could cut the middle part out, and put the lights 4 across in there

for the gouges, could you use that bondo skim coat stuff?

 
Is the skim coat flexible? The gouges are on the lower side, nothing behind it, right where it would flex the most, like when washing it. I'm picturing a lot of paint cracking and then bondo falling out from under a $300 paint job.

How did you mount those? Top the bottom of the top beam?

We'll see if I can gather up enough cajones to do 4 across.......

 
P0341 was taken care of. Timing belt was off one tooth, and the tensioner was loose. Misfire gone, code gone, performance of 2.2 litres of furry is back!

Great project! i like the blue camo with orange myself... The four lights across would look wicked! Can't wait to see this thing progress.
