Snow Gymkhana?

Meyagi

I'm a hack
Last year i cut a oval with a figure 8 into my front yard for snow drifting fun with cars, this year id like to make a technical circut aimed at awd subarus. My yard is big enough to make a track for running in 1st gear only, but not huge unfortunatly. The plus side is no one can tell us to go away, or give out tickets. The grass is junk, and im going to re landscape the whole yard next summer, so lawn damage is a non issue.

LMK if anyone with course layout exp. wants to stop by and take a look at the space i have to work with! Once the course is done, anyone is welcome to come slide around it, as long as you accept that any damages to your car or yourself are solely on you, the operator, and i am not responsible

I might be willing as long as I'm not the only one, lol... Have done plenty of autoxing.

Don't remember how much room you have or if you want to go out back or not...

heres the area im working with. the red outline is the overall yard. the white line are on crap that's no longer in the way. the black line is the loop that can run behind the house. all the space is def in the front yard.

yeah that looks cool to, i think the path is endless with options but being sideways around the entire back off the house seems so cool, without ending up in the pool of course!!!!!

dude that's awesome id love to get in on this! ive been practicing out back of my house, i have 40 acres. hay fields though. if i had a bunch of people over tearing it up my dad would absolutely KILL me

i wish i had a bigger yard, id have a really nasty track set up! once the ground freezes real good and you get a ice base down, its doesn't do crap to the grass. my lawn grew just fine this summer after we tore around on it all last winter.

thanks for the inputs guys, i need to take my obs out and just try to keep it sliding all over the yard, and make the course the same. i want maximum slidng with little to no straights

My gf and I were both laughing at the last layout, love it.

I don't want to seem like a fun buster but Id stay as far away from things that you could possibly crash into IF you were to get out of shape.

Looks like tomorrow would be perfect!

Not speaking for everyone but I'd pay $10 to have lottsa room to run around in. Maybe cash would loosen your dad up...?
