The program loads faster, loads pages faster, uses less CPU, RAM, etc, etc.

Firefox took about 2 seconds to load on my desktop, chrome loads the instant I push the web button on my keyboard. Awesome.

Added Member Map so you can put in your general location. This may also help with meets so we can gather to where everyone is at!

I am having some problems with topics I am subscribed to not showing in "my content"

I am actually not seeing them under "new content" either when they are posted in. It seems to be at least in general forum if that helps.

 
I'm having a really wicked annoying issue where I get an email for EVERY person who replys to a thread.It should just give me an email once, then snot send any more emails util I actually read the thread. Like every other forum does... It's really annoying, realy. is it just a setting I can change?

Yeah, there's an option in your settings to stop that. I think it's under notifications.

 
Check your settings, notifications. Really, I can't do everything for you. Like anything, fool around with your settings until you are happy with it.

 
I never said I wanted you to do it for me. I was just asking what option would clear up my issue.

I see no option that clearly states it will do what I want. Which is why I asked.

I'm guessing you are either going to get a email notification, or your are not. I don't think you will have an option for one notification, and that's it no matter how many people reply to it. I honestly think email notifications are a pain in the but for threads. I have them set for PM's and that's about it.

 
you probably want to get the daily digest or the delayed notification option.

the instant will bombard you with emials about the thread even if you are online. the delayed will only send if you aren't on the board. and Daily will send one notification per day on updates to the thread.

Ahh, thanks for the clarification. I didn't know that's what the delayed option was for.

The problem with that is I often leave threads open on my web browser when I leave home because I don't feel like closing the browser. I just get up from my desk and leave... My screens turn off on their own after a while...

 
Mr. Carter is there anyway of accessing ones own content over a year old ? I am talking about threads started.

There are many way to do that. View your profile and click find my content. Or do a search with your screen name.

Thank you, I found the thread I was looking for under search screen name. When I tried click my content it said search limited to 30 Oct 09 ?

 
Is there a way to enable "hovering" where you can hover over the link and read the beginning of the thread post without clicking on it?
