OK, I'm running an IE6 emulator. IE6 is causing the problems. The site does not work correctly and IE6 is not supported fully by the software or skin developer. There are a couple of options. You can download IE7 or IE8 if you want to use IE, which I would reccomend, or I can add the default style and you can use that, but you will have problems with the addons.

i'd like to think so...however at work IE6 is the only browser we can use because our POS system is based off of it. thus i've been suffering with crappy forum layouts. i haven't gotten a chance to use the new forum at work yet because i'm on vacation, but i'm sure it's just as bad as VB4 was.

I feel kinda bad that my beloved Firefox is loosing so much support

10 years ago or so when firefox first started on the scene and it was head and shoulders above IE (i think it was based on netscape back then amiright?) i was the one shouting at people telling them to switch. i wasn't and still am not an open source techy who likes messing around with a million plugins or anything, but i DO appreciate a product that just works well. knowing how much i like google and their array of products, when chrome was in beta i jumped in and haven't looked back. it's not that firefox is no good, or that chrome is better by the same leaps and bounds firefox was over IE back in the day, it's just that chrome works so perfectly for what i need. it's fast, it's light, and it has minor details that make me appreciate it. (from something large like running each tab independently so if one crashed it doesn't crash your entire browser, to something minor like my tabs don't readjust horizontally right away so it makes closing multiple tabs quicker and easier) DOWNLOAD IT.

Yes, you are correct. And it wasn't until 5 years ago or so that it was called firefox. It was just called mozilla.

I haven't used chrome yet.... I need to try it. I've just been using firefox for so long now. I have about a thousand bookmarks and a custom compiled version running on my machines... I'd feel unloyal to firefox. haha.

Exactly how I feel.

Thank you Carter for clearing up the EI 8 problems. I think the site is much better than the last one. It always takes time to work out all the bugs.

So after some research I found that chrome now has adblock and noscript... Two essentials for me to use the internet. So I downloaded and installed it..... EVERYONE GET CHROME NOW! That's all.

^ those are the biggest things holding me back with Firefox.

Or should I say, that "were" holding me back
