I was just curious, as I was reading in the cop magnet thread that many of you have gotten tickets for not wearing seat belts. I've never understood why people don't wear them every time they get in a vehicle ... maybe you can clear that up for me?

making a poll is in the advanced options somewhere.

I feel weird not wearing my seatbelt. Even if I'm just getting in my car to move it in my driveway I put it on without thinking.

 
I wear mine eveytime.

I dunno, umm ...

I wear my seat belt every time I get in the car.

I usually wear my seatbelt.

I occasionally wear my seatbelt.

I don't wear my seat belt, except when I see the blues.

Someone tweaked the numbers. Either a mod, or the OP added a vote to one of the collums. Essentially voting twice.

 
Still it shouldn't let there be more than 100% of voters.

well when the voters can cast more than one vote, it skews the results into over 100%.

the percent is based upon the number of VOTERS, not the number of VOTES. This is weird, but I have seen it on the forums before.

so with 3 options there is a potential for a 300% vote ... that makes the percentage completely useless

Uh, that was my point exactly. Some people said they got tickets for not wearing their seatbelt so I was assuming people didn't always wear their seatbelts. The only dumb thing about this poll is option 3

And I agree with this. I feel ... unsafe and naked without my seatbelt on.

My ex apparently got stuck in her seatbelt when her parents got into an accident once so her excuse was she didn't want that to happen again. I'd rather be stuck than dead, is what I always told her. *shrug* Then she ran into a building.
