what needs to be done?
It's not going to snow anymore... may as well. haha.Well I went too long without starting this and now the battery is not happy. It's a 9 year old Optima red top. I think it'll come out of it after it gets run a bunch. Finally registered it today, so I plan on driving it tomorrow to work.

Nope, kept the stock crossmembers and left the spacers in. But, that means you need to use the stock Forester tranny crossmember, and use an auto Forester driveshaft! Found that out the hard way. There are other configurations that work as well. Like Gabe kept his front crossmember with spacers, but used the STi rear crossmember which meant he could use the STi tranny crossmember and driveshaft.Kinda a random question... When you did the 6-speed swap, did you effectivley remove all the subframe spacers? I've only
just read up on This issue with lowered foresters.
