07 2.5i-wagon

You don't even need the title for that, it's over 15 years old. Maine won't issue you a title when you register it.

Post up some pictures? What are your plans for it? Those are nice trucks.

They will issue a title for it if you want to pay the title fee and what not. But no, it's not needed.

Actually, they won't issue a title for a car 15 years old. I had to call the state one that one a while back because I was trying to help a friend out of state get a title for an older truck. I figured I could buy it with a BOS, get a title, and sell it back to him. But Maine doesn't issue titles on older vehicles for more or less that exact reason. You have to get special paperwork from the DMV to register your older title-less vehicles in another state

I thought they stopped the 15 year rule for vehicles after a certain year. Plans are taller tires, probably geolanders, tint the front windows since the back came tinted from the factory. Might do a dynomax exhaust. It's pretty much going to be a toy since my last one became her daily driver. I'll try to get pics when I bring it home next weekend

Yeah After 94 or 95 they did. If it's any newer than that, you need a title. At least you do to junk it, I'd assume it's the same for registering too.

Sorry but any car 95 and newer needs a title the 15 year thing went out the window 3 years ago

clutch straightened out thanks to inski. pressure plate from the new kit looked right frigged up. ended up putting in the original flywheel and pressure plate with the new pilot bearing and clutch disk. everything went pretty good except separating the engine and tranny, and some dumbass (me) overtightened a manifold stud so now i have an exhaust leak, but at least now my clutch won't vibrate my whole car apart. i'll be tapping the hole in the head one size bigger and getting new manifold gaskets later this week.

So, I wasn't the dumbass, when I had the head gaskets done my mechanic stripped that stud hole, kinda ghetto rigged in a heli coil without threading the hole, no idea how that was supposed to work, so I drilled and tapped it for the thread in heli coil, no more manifold leak

Yeah he isn't working on my imp anymore. First and last time

So the clutch is good as far as I can tell, car is getting some spa time Wednesday. Thinking about doing a different exhaust some time in the near future

Car got some much needed love today from the evergreen auto spa, looks amazing! I never thought the grease and oil stains would have come out of the upholstery, and it's super shiny outside

I thought the auto spa wasnt a thing anymore? How much they chargin' these days
Of course its a thing! I go there sundays when they are closed and wash my car all the time
