2010 Team O'Neil Rally

I could probably help out, I was planning on going because I've never been to a rally before. Would I be any help seeing as I don't know much about it?

Yes, you would definately be of help. We're having a training session the weekend before as well.

 
May 2nd Team Oneil Rally School. we are having a worker training day. Teams will be testing on our closed roads, while workers learn to work different positions. It's a great time and you will get a "spank me" ride in a team car at the end of the day!

So, I moved the rally to a more hospitable time of the year. May 8th. Dalton, New Hampshire.

Worker training day:

Again this year. Sunday, May 2 is the date. If you are interested in getting more involved in rally and learning in a slow paced environment, this training day is for you. It is also a great refresher for those that want to brush up on their skills before this rally and NEFR. Look for more details to come.

Mountain View Grand:

The well known grand resort will be our host this year. They are hosting our awards and after party and workers are always invited. We will have lots more room than we have had in the past (I promise). Buffet tickets will be sold at registration and at the awards dinner. There will be a buffet and cash bar! They are also offering a huge price discount for their rooms, $99.00 a night, just mention the rally for this rate. As always, workers are encouraged to take advantage of this special pricing. We are working closely with our neighbors, this is their off season, we ask that if you are staying over, please use this establishment, they are aware that rooms will be "doubled" up, so don't worry you can split the room 4 ways if necessary. If you are bringing a “mom” with you, they will be hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday! http://www.mountainviewgrand.com

Social TSD Rally:

For those hanging around on Sunday, there will be a short Social TSD Rally running mid morning, consisting of about 45 miles. Many of the roads will be the roads the racers used the day before for the rally. It will also include the famous "switch back" section. This rally will be free to everyone that worked the Regional Rally the day before. the reg form can be found at ner.org

wish i could make it to the training/ test day! im taking all the seat time i can get to get ready! and would love to give "spank me rides" i will be in virginia on a band trip that weekend but look for a red gti #320 during the rally, that's me and my pops! that's right im driving

nigel the jaw drop will deff happen... either out of amazement from my impressive driving because he never rides with me or out of being scared... Either way my guess is it happens in the area of mini pikes peak... my plan is take it easy and finish but from his last exsperience of that part of the stage im guessing it will be funny in the car. we took the black truck over it the first year they ran that stage, i was doing about ten MPH because i had no clue what was on the other side and his jaw droppped then! we will see what happens this time lol. will the last ditch team be running ?

Turns out I can come work this. I just need to fill out the webform. I'd also LOVE to do the TSD, but I have no one to team up with since krazykarpenter is graduating that weekend.

 
well as of right now my plan is to enter codriver less to the rally on sunday and pick up a worker that wants a ride but doesn't wanna drive. we would be using my subaru... the one stuffed on the snow bank above...
