Correct me if im wrong. But this is the car Nick ran at Sno-Drift and 100aw?
yes it is. It drives quite nice and my dad was watching the speedo, his comment after a short testing on the Team Oneil skid pad was, "it takes flight at about 70mph". haha

I signed up to work so I'll be showing up for the rally and worker training on may 2nd. Do I get an email confirmation? What times and where should I be showing up? I'm new at this.

Might not be there for registration on Friday, we're probably driving up on Saturday. We don't have the moolah to spare for a motel.

not sure if you tent, bu you are welcome to camp in our yard

Last time I did anything in a tent was going camping with my ex in a $30 tent she bought...

...It rained...

Yea, I don't do anything with tents anymore, haha. If I have to be outside, I sleep in the Jeep, haha.

I'm down to go in on a room with someone to save money, hell I'll crash on floors for the night, anything to save a buck.

More new guy questions! On the last page, worker training on May 2nd is from 8:30-9:45, what are the AM's and PM's on that?

for those of you on tight budgets, there is an inn 5 min's up route 3 from the Mountain View they are cheaper and will mind less if a bunch of you cram into a room.

Barron Brook Inn, a few miles up the road from the Mt View Grand is offering a special rate of $65 per night, double occupancy, with a continental breakfast. There is a "Web Special Rate" on their website http://www.barronbrookinn.com or call at 603-837-8900.

For anyone who's interested - I'm driving up for the training day that morning (leaving from Yarmouth), then heading up to the rally on Friday evening (leaving Lewiston/Auburn area at 5:30). I'll be returning to central/southern Maine after the TSD on Sunday (I'm kicking around entering the TSD, actually.)

I'm a stage captain this year, and if anyone wants to help on my stage, let me know here, or find me at the worker meeting on Friday night.

If anyone wants a ride to or from, I've got two extra seats - just kick in for gas. I'm bringing a pickup, so there's definitely going to be room for gear.

Also, if people need a place to crash and you don't mind sleeping on the floor, I've got a room at the Hampton Inn on Friday and Saturday nights.

Let me know via PM if you want to get in on any of this.

Hey there everybody,

I know that this is a remote possibility, but are there any HAM radio operators on the site? I will have an open seat for a certified HAM at this event. Best to PM me if you want in.
