is that the outback bumper?? did ya have to change out the headlights and grill with the outback also to change that bumper??

No, it already had the GT style so it bolted right on. And the headlights are all the same anyway, just the grille is different between the regular Legacy and the GT/Outback.

No Jason the regular legacy from 95-97 have a diff. grill shape then the 95-99 outback the 98-99 regular legacy have the same grill shape as the 95-99 outback so the grills are interchangeable
