Mini Group Drive

id be down for this! but if we are going threw new G than we should take durham road, miles of great dirt road and not a lot of trafic

 
Yeah ill ride with someone or hopefully my parents will have their forester xt by then. I'll have to take if for a little test drive

All these ideas for the route are cool, I'm glad we have all these options!

 
As for the additions to the route to add in more dirt. That's not a problem. The early route I posted was just to get a lay of the land and a general area. If you guys decide you want dirt, I'll give you plenty of dirt. D road, jordan school, + others can be done. This area is my stomping grounds, so I know most of the local roads. I don't wanna post all the good ones.

I'd like to do afternoon because my sister has a haircut in the morning and wants to come along. She's good with her camera so if you guys want photos this trip would be an excellent time.

Going to Gritty's after for food or a brew is also an option

I would go but I don't have my winter tires or mud flaps yet. Winter tires should be going on tonight but I haven't even ordered my rally armor flaps yet. I don't dare to take a black car on dirt roads doing more than 15mph without them.

 
I hope to have my winter rims powdercoated next week, until then I'm running my nicely-worn (out) Falken Azeni RT615s.

Not shizzle for grip at < 40F, though, so sooner is bettah' for me.

At this point I may have an empty navigator's seat, though you must be 18 to ride with me.

I'll know more, closer to the drive.

we're meeting at noon right? if I can be back to lewiston for physical therapy at 2:30 I'm game. (carry the 11[i suck at math]) as long as the drive isn't longer than 2 hrs I should be good...didn't the google map say a little over an hour?

 
I wish I coudl promise we'll be back in time, but I can't. I think that we'll be out later than that. If you like, you can peel off early in time for your appointment.

I like all the disclaimers in this thread, lol. I have been looking at the dates for this drive, and looking at my schedule. I should have my winter wheels and flaps on by this date. I also should have that day off and I don't often travel for the holidays, especially Turkey day. I SHOULD be able to make this drive, so sign me up please!
